OnePlus yesterday there was a global launch event to announce the arrival OnePlus 6 smartphone. Shortly after launching Zack from the YouTube channel, JerryRigEverything released a video to show the longevity of OnePlus 6, forcing it to pass tests for scratches, burns and bends.

OnePlus 6 Scratch Test

The cut screen of OnePlus 6 is shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. On the back of the phone there is also a Gorilla Glass 5 panel. The front and back sides of the OP6 developed scratches at the level of the 6 Mohs hardness scale. Like the other phones with Gorilla Glass 5, OnePlus turned out with deeper grooves at the level of 7.

In the phone's cutout there is a self-taught camera and a speaker grille. The deliberate attempt to remove the loudspeaker grill was useless, since it was securely attached to the device. The Selfie camera remains safe under the Gorilla Glass 5 layer. The phone frame with the buttons is made of metal. The manufacturer added a cushion layer of soft plastic between the glass and the metal frame. Its inclusion protects the phone's glass panels from cracks easily when it is dropped. Dual rear cameras, fingerprint scanner and company logo are well protected from scratches, since they are placed under the Gorilla Glass 5 layer.

OnePlus 6 Burn Test for display

6,28-inch optical AMOLED-screen with a notch OnePlus 6 has an aspect ratio of 19: 9 and resolution FHD + 2280 x 1080 pixels. When the screen was processed by the flame, it took about 20 seconds for the victim to turn black and he did not recover.

OnePlus 6 Bend Test

Except for the average level of OnePlus X from 2014, all the predecessors of the flagship OnePlus phones came with a full metal case. Consequently, they were quite durable. As you can see from the video below, when the pressure was applied to the central part of the front and back sides of the phone, it was somewhat bent, but it did not have a crack.
